Ads still displaying despite ad restriction

Hi all, I have an ad restriction set up for this page, but ads are still showing. Is there something else I need to do? There should be zero ads on this URL. Thanks!

myhecm It looks like the URL that you have entered into our Disable Ads by Page tool redirects to another URL (without "download-a-free-"), that wouldn't be covered by this rule. If you don't want to show ads on this page, you should be able to just add the URL of the page that it's redirected to and that should work. 🙂
