site no longer integrated / no ads showing after ip-adress change

Hi all,
my site has been intergrated with Ezoic successfully, everything was working. Last week I moved my content to a new server, therefore the IP-adress of my website changed.

I updated the DNS-Settings accordingly and after the usual waiting period everything was fine again, my website is shown as "intergrated". However, still no ads are showing (and no stats collected).

I get the message "Activate Leap optimization settings" which I cannot do as since days the integration step shows as incomplete:

"Congrats you are integrated!
We'll route your site through Ezoic Cloud when ready (please allow up to 18 hours).

The good news is that you don't have to wait. You can continue on with the next step and we will update this step as complete when we can."

Moreover, in the "Setup Ezoic Leap" section I can't do anything (which I honestly don't want to anyway as I want to keep my previous setup).

Can you please have a look? The only thing which has changed is the IP-adress, everything else, all content, etc, has been moved 1:1.

No worries - I'm happy to take a look at this for you. It looks like just a wee bit more time was needed for integration to complete on our end but I've gone ahead and forced this through manually for you. :-)

You should be good to go now!

thank you very much for your help.

Looks much better now, I can see the live stats again and everything seems to be working.
I am just a little surprised that a mere IP-adress change (and I updated the records right away after the move) had such an impact.
Anyway, the new server should now last again a couple of years as the previous one did.
