Cache Hit Rate BELOW 80% after 6+ months

Hey community!
My website has was integrated with Ezoic about 6-7 months ago. I'm using the Nameservers integration.

The cache-hit rate is currently below 80%, after all these months, which points to a problem.

I have other sites on Ezoic, and cache hit rates are always above 90%
I can't seem to pinpoint the source of the problems here, so I was wondering if any of you could help me out.

The site is hosted on SiteGround

srodriki Do you know if there's any external caching activated on your site whether through a plugin or a caching feature from your host?

APerez SiteGround does have some caching in place, which in theory should not interrupt ezoic... but thinking about it it might as well be it is interrupting indeed.

srodriki Your cache hit rate is actually quite good. It seems that there are only a few cache misses on your site. These misses can sometimes be from viewers who visit the site through uncached methods or just simple cache failures due to external issues.

While I understand you are right, it appears I had an issue with the settings that was setting the cache below expectations:
I had "Override Cache Control Headers" OFF in Cache Advanced Settings.

It is one of the 3 settings that have to be ON in most cases for maximum caching performance.

Now, the graph started looking a lot better (90% cache hit rate for the last 3 days).
