TheoRamwellBlogs Hi Theo, Monica here from support I hope you're well today!
I've removed your email address from your post, please be careful not to include personal information in your posts 🙂
When there's a discrepancy between Ezoic's Big Data Analytics and third-party analytics tools we typically find that Ezoic's is accurate, as the tracking is done on the DNS level. Essentially what this means is because your site's nameservers are pointed to Ezoic we're able to track visits from here, which has a very high degree of accuracy.
There is sometimes a difference in how Ezoic and third-party analytics tools define each measurement, which can cause further discrepencies. So for example with Google Analytics we recommend comparing Google's sessions with Ezoic's visits, and even then we expect to see a discrepancy of 10-15% (more if there are a lower number of visits being measured). More about this here: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/why-is-ezoics-analytics-reporting-different-traffic-from-google-analytics
You can further check that Ezoic is tracking correctly by heading to Big Data Analytics and real-time. Then visit your site and after 30 seconds - 1 minute you'll see your visit being tracked in real time on the page.
Having said that, Ezoic's daily data doesn't fully update until 8am-10am PST the following day, so the data you see in Big Data Analytics for the 12th September won't be fully up to date for another few hours.
