SPerera The "Technologies" tab in Leap is based off of data that we've gathered from sites. If a technology is flagged as being a detriment to site speed, it means that we see that site more frequently on slower sites, than we do on faster sites.
Just because a plug-in works only in the back-end, it doesn't mean that it doesn't have any impact on the front-end. For example, Google Site Kit adds lots of scripts for tracking and ad setup adjustment to your site's front-end, which impacts LCP. Link Whisper does similar, by adding scripts to all pages of the site. I'm not too familiar with the other technologies, but I imagine they are the same in that regard. Unfortunately, every technology or plug-in on the site is going to have an impact, so it's important to keep these to a minimum, if site speed is a priority.
