Typically, Ezoic caching can work with Cloudflare caching. The settings at cloudflare for caching needs to be set to 'standard' and the 'browser cache / TTL' setting should be set to 'respect existing headers'.
Whenever you do decide to reactivate the Ezoic caching from the LEAP tab, we'd also suggest clearing all caching for the site at least once (so with Ezoic, that's Dashboard > LEAP > Caching > Clear all button) --- that way there's not any sort of weird in-between state with the caches being used on the site which could lead to display issues.
