Hi there - Lindsey here from Support. I hope you're doing well notwithstanding this issue!
We can certainly help with this. :-) I've managed to navigate to the site and am not currently seeing any errors which is promising. I've also tested this within uptrends.com and can see that, for the majority (save in Singapore), the site is up and accessible which is also a great sign.
Normally, when we see intermittent errors like this it means that something is blocking Ezoic IP's and as you've already whitelisted these, it's possible that either a) they were not fully whitelisted or b) there's something else that is blocking these. To help get a better understanding of this, can you please let me know who your host is as well as if you have an active ssl with them or an external party (or if you are using Ezoic's ssl)? Sometimes, if our ssl settings for you are incorrect, this can also lead to an intermittent origin error.
With this information, we can then get a better understanding of what may be causing this and how best to resolve the issue.
