Desktop LCP falling (SiteSpeed)

The Core Web Vitals for desktop on my site are dropping all the time, even though mobile is fine. I've spoken to my hosting company BigScoots who said the following:

"It seems as if the image is being delayed from loading initially, even thought it's being optimized. Unfortunately, there isn't anything we can do to assist with this because the optimizations are via Ezoic LEAP which we have no control over. You'll want to reach out to Ezoic support for further assistance with the Desktop LCP issue, as they may be able to tweak things on their end."

juliem If our Lazy Load images feature is incorrectly lazing loading your LCP element, you can modify this setting inside the Leap dashboard. You can either disable this setting completely (may have other implications on your site speed), or you may be able to implement an Exclusion Rule, so that these elements are not targeted by this feature.

Hi Lilla, thanks for your reply. What should I exclude to fix this problem? I've gone to the page you said as per the attached screenshot but I'm not sure what to fill in? Thanks

juliem Disabling the feature altogether is the fastest and easiest way of getting this resolved. However, if you have the specific URL / class for a provided page's LCP, you can add it to that field. If you're not sure on this, it may be worth just disabling the lazy loading altogether.
