NB-EC looks like these URLs all pertain to 16th September because the query string conforms to "?time=169..." in each instance. Did you test anything on the 16th September that could have led to their creation? Either way, it doesn't appear to be anything to worry about as the URLs load the contents of your homepage, and there doesn't seem to have been any further requests since that burst on the 16th.
