Hi there,

I have an issue with Humix. Even when I disable the service completely, I still have videos running on my website. How can I fix this? It looks too spammy and I don't want to play Humix videos on my site anymore, but how do I get rid of the one that always shows up even when Humix is disabled?

user980 Have you made sure to clear your site's cache after disabling Humix? Humix videos can sometimes get suck in cache, so it is best to clear your sites cache once it is disabled.

I cleared the cache several times now, the video is still showing...

user980 The video on your homepage is not a Humix video, can you send over an example URL where you are seeing a Humix video?
