Site menus not working after enabling ads

Since installing Ezoic ads, my mobile and desktop menus are not working. Any menu button clicked just reloads the homepage. This happened last time I had Ezoic on my site, too. I don't know where to start to fix it.

I worked through the troubleshooting guide's recommendation of toggling on/off delay script and remove unused CSS. Neither option is working to fix the problem.

JG10 It appears that this is happening on your site when Ezoic is not active as well. For this reason, you may need to reach out to your host about the issue.

JeanPierre What makes you say that? I don't think the menus weren't functioning before enabling ads.

JG10 When we bypass Ezoic by connecting directly to your sites host-IP address, we can replicate the same issue, which indicates that the this issue also exists without Ezoic on your site.

Looking into this a bit closer, I can see that there is a permanent redirect setup for all your blog pages, which redirects them back to the homepage. Other pages such as about or podcast don't have this redirect and are therefore working.

You would need to investigate where this redirect comes from and remove it, to solve this issue.
Your host should be able to help you with that, so I recommend reaching out to them first.

I checked with my host and this is what they said:
I already cleared the Ezoic cache by going to Leap--> Caching--> Clear All. Is there a different place to clear the cache?

Hmmm... it's odd that the host would have followed the same troubleshooting we did and have an entirely different experience.
Are you able to edit your host file and test as well? Just as a third party to test and maybe confirm what either Ezoic or your Host are saying, since we're at odds with what we observe at the moment.

I had to disable Ezoic to be able to log into my site. I asked my theme developer for help and she couldn't log in, either. We both got stuck in an endless recaptcha loop. As soon as I changed my nameservers back to my host, I was able to log in. So I don't know how to resolve the menu issue at this point, or why I can't log in with Ezoic enabled.

JG10 If you're getting hit by a reCAPTCHA when Ezoic is enabled, then whatever is implementing the CAPTCHA on your site is mistakenly flagging traffic through the Ezoic proxy as bot traffic. I would recommend speaking to whoever is providing this (presumably your host or a plug-in) and having them either completely disable the CAPTCHA or whitelisting the IPs in this article: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-fix-origin-errors
