Lindsey_ Are you in contact with DreamHost? I am having the same issue.
Intermittent Errors - Dreamhost
Ezoic Employee
OffBrandGuy Hi there - as it sounds like this is a separate issue, I've opened a new thread for you here to delve into this a bit deeper.
We haven't seen any issues with Dreamhost sites recently, but that's not to say that you aren't experiencing a problem. Are you seeing intermittent errors on your site at the moment or is this a bit more consistent?
Any additional information you can provide would be appreciated
Lindsey_ This is a consistent issue. I get a "Site Not Found" error when trying to login through wp-admin. I can still get into my site directly through dreamhost. Not sure what is going on? This is across both sites I have with Ezoic.

OffBrandGuy Hi there! If this is only affecting the wp-admin login, this is most likely a case of request blocking either from the host or a security system/plugin if you have one enabled. Whitelisting Ezoic's IP addresses listed here should help resolve this issue: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-fix-origin-errors
I've now enabled both sites to only use our shortlist indicated at that link. Any sort of firewall or login protection might also need to have those IPs whitelisted to cover all your bases.

Hello - I contacted Dreamhost as well. This issue is now resolved. But another issue has occurred.
Starting on September 18th the traffic dropped by 50% across all of my sites. This seems to be related. Do you have any advice?

OffBrandGuy Hi there, I'm also seeing a drop in traffic on the Ezoic end around the 18th. Checking the sites, I noticed a few things - first, there doesn't seem to be a consent management module active for either domain under this account, which may be preventing some visitors from seeing ads or having their visits not tracked correctly. I would recommend either enabling Ezoic's CMP module, or using a third-party module and inputting the details in your Ezoic dashboard; you can do this from your Ezoic dashboard by navigating to Settings > Privacy > Consent Management.
Second, I noticed that the medical***.com domain was showing as not secure when I visited it, so there might be something going on with the SSL at the host. The Ezoic SSL was set to full with the HTTPS redirect turned OFF, so this indicates the redirect should be happening at the host certificate but this doesn't appear to be happening for some reason.
Everything else looks normal as far as I can tell, so resolving these should hopefully help your traffic bounce back or start tracking the traffic correctly again.
Coley Do you not see the cookie notice on your end?

Coley Dreamhost detects that the domain medical***.com is not within their host to install the certificate. Do you know why that would be?

Can you ask Dreamhost if they are talking about SSL certificate? If so, that can definitely be an issue. Ezoic offers free SSL since you are cloud integrated with our platform.
The good news is I see the consent module, ads showing, and impressions coming through our database. Can you let us know about the question above?
