How were you integrated previously? Nameserver integration can be the slowest to detect changes, so if you had just changed your nameservers, it may just take some time for the changes to propagate across all servers, in which case you should be able to remove the site within the next day without needing to make any further changes. If you had been CF integrated then you might need to check through your CF settings and DNS records to make sure there are no links between CF and Ezoic before you're able to remove the domain from your Ezoic account.
