Looking at your core web vitals tracking within leap it looks like you're currently passing core web vitals. In fact, I just ran a test on the url you've showed in that screenshot and it's looking good . As core web vitals are what Google takes into account when it comes to site speed, I'd recommend focussing on these metrics.
As for improvements, First contentful paint is a little low, but that could likely be improved by swapping out some of the tech that's being flagged as slow in the recommendations section of Leap. (found here : https://pubdash.ezoic.com/leap/measure/overview). If you click 'view alternatives' you'll see a list of similar tech that's ranked by how fast they are. I'd recommend aiming for easy things to replace (contact form/table of contents) first.
