Website down, issues with Ezoic hosting

Hi, I received the following email from Ezoic a while ago:

Action Required: WP Hosting
Our system detected a database error linked to your WordPress configuration.

Please log in to your WordPress dashboard (/wp-admin/) and follow the steps to resolve the error as soon as possible.

During this process, you will be redirected to /wp-admin/maint/repair.php and asked to add the following line to your wp-config.php file: define('WP_ALLOW_REPAIR', true);

You can access this file via SFTP:
Log in to Ezoic -> Settings -> Hosting -> Go to WP Hosting Dashboard

I've tried to fix this several times, but I can't access my WP dashboard due to the problem and Ezoic haven't replied to my emails. The AI has also sent me on a goose chase! I'm changing hosts from Ezoic as it has been a disaster, can anyone tell me how to sort this out? In the hosting dashboard I don't see anywhere that I can upload this file, and the AI instructions haven't matched the options I see on the screen.

Django If you can't access your WordPress dashboard, you will need to access the wp-config.php file directly via SFTP. Here are the steps to follow:

Log in to your Ezoic account.
Go to Settings and select Hosting.
Click on "Go to WP Hosting Dashboard."
Click on Manage Credentials
Here you will find the SFTP credentials to connect to your site using an SFTP client like FileZilla or Cyberduck.
Download and install an SFTP client if you don't have one already.
Use the SFTP client to connect to your site using the provided credentials.
Once connected, navigate to the root directory of your WordPress installation.
Look for the wp-config.php file and download it to your local machine.
Open the wp-config.php file using a text editor.
Add the line of code at the end of the file: define('WP_ALLOW_REPAIR', true);
Save the changes to the wp-config.php file.
Upload the modified wp-config.php file back to the root directory of your WordPress installation using the SFTP client.
Once the file is uploaded, you can try accessing your WordPress dashboard again and follow the steps to resolve the database error.

Thanks for your reply. I did this then started the repair on wordpress, but received the following error stating that some database options could not be repaired - wp_options: Number of rows changed from 1357 to 1358

Do you have a backup of your site? I can ask our hosting team for you but we want to make sure this is available. Did the error shown give any other information we can send to the hosting team?
