Hi, I received the following email from Ezoic a while ago:
Action Required: WP Hosting
Our system detected a database error linked to your WordPress configuration.
Please log in to your WordPress dashboard (/wp-admin/) and follow the steps to resolve the error as soon as possible.
During this process, you will be redirected to /wp-admin/maint/repair.php and asked to add the following line to your wp-config.php file: define('WP_ALLOW_REPAIR', true);
You can access this file via SFTP:
Log in to Ezoic -> Settings -> Hosting -> Go to WP Hosting Dashboard
I've tried to fix this several times, but I can't access my WP dashboard due to the problem and Ezoic haven't replied to my emails. The AI has also sent me on a goose chase! I'm changing hosts from Ezoic as it has been a disaster, can anyone tell me how to sort this out? In the hosting dashboard I don't see anywhere that I can upload this file, and the AI instructions haven't matched the options I see on the screen.
