Very different numbers of views Google vs EZOIC

I've noticed that lately there is a very large number of differences between views reported by Google compared to those reported by EZOIC.

For example, on Saturday 23 March, Google reports 13,290 views while EZOIC reports 2460 views.

I've always been used to a difference in views, but this time we're talking about 4 times the difference.

What could it depend on?

You mentioned March 23. Did you mean September 23?

Can you also confirm how many visits (sessions) you are seeing for that day in Google Analytics? Are you seeing the same discrepancy?

Has there always been such a big difference? It's possible to overcount your pageviews in Google Analytics when you repeat the tracking code multiple times.
