New video not showing on channel, sharing URL not working

Hi,
A few days ago, I uploaded a new video to Humix (https://thegoodlifewithiq.com/humix/video/z7pUrk6brau) and inserted it into a blog post using the Humix plugin for Wordpress. The video is showing and playing fine on the blog page.
However, I'm experiencing two problems:

The new video isn't showing in the 'latest videos' list on my Humix channel (https://thegoodlifewithiq.com/humix/), even though it's showing in the playlists I've added it to.
The sharing URL from the embedded video on the site page (https://www.humix.com/video/z7pUrk6brau) opens the video's Humix page, but the video itself doesn't play. On the other hand, the URL copied from the Humix > Studio interface (https://thegoodlifewithiq.com/humix/video/z7pUrk6brau) is different and opens it fine.
I've tried refreshing the site cache, but that didn't work. And the browser cache doesn't seem to be the problem, because this issue exists across multiple devices.
What can I do to solve this?

TheGoodLifeWithIQ Hi there, thanks for reaching out. I am also seeing the video not appearing on the Humix channel and the embedded sharing URL not playing the video. I tried clearing the video cache but I'm still seeing that it's not appearing, so I'm going to ask our Humix team to take a closer look into this. We'll let you know as soon as we hear back.

TheGoodLifeWithIQ Hi again, the Humix team has let me know they're seeing timeout errors with this video and have asked if you can try deleting and then re-uploading the video. Please let me know once you've done that if you are able to and we can pass the info along to the Humix team. Thanks!
