Nameserver integration problem

Greetings, I had my website intergrated via wordpress plugin and it was suggested that i should intergrate via nameservers. My website's host provider is Hostinger and the domain is registered at a greek company. So whenever i change nameservers website is offline. So i kept hostingers nameservers and i added ezoic nameservers as a third and fourth!

Now the website is up and running but i have the following message showing up on integration section ** We've detected a compatibility issue with weirdo.gr. Contact us so we can help you resolve this. **

What should i do cause i am really confused.

weirdoccult I just ran a compatibility check from our admin side, and that should have cleared the message on your Ezoic dashboard.

Thanks but it did not resolve my issue. It went back to plugin integration while i'd like to integrate via nameservers but anytime i try my website goes offline

This is the message i get

"We detected your current DNS records are different from what you have in your DNS settings . Please update these records to the correct ones before integrating to avoid downtime."

So whenever i change nameservers my website is down. Any solution to the issue? Thanks in advance

Hopefully i get a solution once my website is down. Successfully integrated via nameservers now and i will wait a few hours to see if it goes up again. For the time being the error is "took too much time to respond"

weirdoccult Hi there, please can you check the DNS records in Ezoic match those at Hostinger?
Here are instructions on how to do this:

Take your Hosts DNS records (https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/where-to-find-dns-records-zone-files-at-your-host) and locate the A, CNAME, MX and TXT records. (You do not edit/change these, they are simply the master copy of the DNS used for reference when changing the Ezoic DNS)
2.Then, access the Ezoic DNS (https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-update-add-dns-records-and-subdomains) and make sure there are exact copies of the Hosts' A, CNAME, MX and TXT records showing with Ezoic DNS. -- If they don't exist, create new ones. -- If they already exist, but have incorrect values, update the existing records (hit the pencil icon next to the record).

When integrating with Ezoic via nameservers it's important that:

Your DNS records at Ezoic match those at your host perfectly. This is because otherwise when visitors go to the site they get sent to the wrong place (a bit like having the wrong zip code in your GPS), and your site is down.
All your nameservers are pointing to Ezoic, integration won't work if some of these are still pointing to your host.

Once you've updated your DNS records you should be able to integrate with Ezoic nameservers with no problem, but if you do have any further issues please let us know!
