Why Are There Ads All Over My Wordpress Dashboard/wp-admin pages?

I am suddenly seeing lots of ads in my wp-admin and dashboard of my Wordpress site which is really slowing things down and I want to know if this is somehow malware or if these ads are showing due to Ezoic.

Has there been some new implementations with the plugin to explain why I would start seeing ads on my dashboard? I have never had this before. I have security plugins which are not showing any signs that I have malware so I am a bit confused by this.
I right-clicked one of the ads and 'ezoicads' comes up in the inspect window. Can someone shed some light as to why this is suddenly happening?

I have dried to disable ads per page already to fix this and an error comes up.

Hi there,
We changed the way we implement ads on a page to increase both performance and earnings and a few others have reported this same issue. We have a team working on this and I will add your domain to the list now. Is this happening on all of your domains or only the one you mentioned here in the thread?

It is happening on all of my ezoic domains

It is also giving me a javascript error. I am using chrome if that helps.

kthmaxwell6 You can get rid of the Ezoic system on the back end of your site by adding /wp-admin/ to your excluded pages app in the Ezoic dashboard's settings tab. This should prevent any adds from showing in your admin section.

Yes but even after I have excluded those pages I am unable to create new posts and I also see this on the dashboard about javascript

The widget was completely fine before

I've gone ahead and set up your wordpress admin area so that 0 Ezoic tech will be running on them whatsoever. I'm confident this should fix the issue. Try clearing out your cache and cookies in around 10 mins, and let me know if you're still having problems. If so, can you send a screenshot of the JS error? Or is it just that JS message you're seeing in the widget?

I'm currently now experiencing this problem on my site beginning 'TH......'

Issus namely:

Cannot edit posts - Javascript error "The block editor requires Javascript..."
I have Ads appearing all over the /wp-admin/... pages (I tried to exclude them, but it doesn't work). Caching..?
Worryingly ads appear on /plugins/... pages, and conflicting plugin updates.
Site access slowed.

Please Advise - I'm pretty stuck at the moment.

Just to add... this issue has not presented itself on my other Ezoic site.

And, it is not something I have done myself in Ezoic.

Pegasus Hi there, thanks for letting us know you're still seeing this on that site. Just to check this is only happening on thXXXXXXXXlks.com?

Our team has checked and the wordpress admin shouldn't be being impacted by Ezoic at all now for that site. Please can you clear any caching in your browser and in your site (e.g. plugins, ezoic caching etc.)?

If you're still seeing the issue please let us know and we can investigate this further.

Ethan Hi, thank you for making changes. The ads are gone from the WordPress admin area, however, I still see these when I preview my articles/webpages . Thanks again for the support. Look forward to resolve this issue too

mohsinijaz I see, thanks for bringing that to our attention. Have you made sure to clear the cache both in your browser and in WordPress and if so, does the error still persist afterwards? If so we can raise this with the tech team.
