Changing DNS and getting error

I changed the hosting and when I changed to Ezoic DNS the site was getting errors and not working. CHeck screenshot.

Can you double check your DNS records with your host? You need to make sure that Ezoic's DNS records match your host so we can find your site at the correct server.

Hi there - I'm afraid that the screenshot you have shared aren't quite the DNS records we're looking for.

Here's what you'll need to do so we can better help you resolve this as quickly as possible:

Take your Hosts DNS records (https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/where-to-find-dns-records-zone-files-at-your-host) and locate the A, CNAME, MX and TXT records. (You do not edit/change these, they are simply the master copy of the DNS used for reference when changing the Ezoic DNS)

2.Then, access the Ezoic DNS (https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-update-add-dns-records-and-subdomains) and make sure there are exact copies of the Hosts' A, CNAME, MX and TXT records showing with Ezoic DNS. -- If they don't exist, create new ones. -- If they already exist, but have incorrect values, update the existing records (hit the pencil icon next to the record).

If you're not sure where to find these (as these will be different than your nameservers), let us know and we can open a direct chat with you to share this information.

Iqbalhossain9069 No worries - do you know who your host is? If so, we do have a list here of several hosts and links to guides on where to find your DNS records with those hosts: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/where-to-find-dns-records-zone-files-at-your-host

Based on your screenshots, it looks like your host may be Hostinger or Namecheap. If this is the case, you can use this link for Hostinger (https://support.hostinger.com/en/articles/1583249-how-to-manage-dns-records-at-hostinger) and this for Namecheap (https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/9256/29/how-to-edit-dns-zone-in-cpanel/) on where to find your DNS records.

From there, you will need to use these records at your host and compare these to the records we have for you here at Ezoic. You can find these in your dashboard under Settings > DNS. If there are records at your host that look different or are missing compared to those at Ezoic, you will need to add or adjust these accordingly.

Iqbalhossain9069 Hi there - not quite, but rather the other way around. :-)

If there are records that are shown at your host that do not appear within the records that we have here at Ezoic, you will need to add these to your Ezoic DNS records. If there are records that we do have that reflect those at your host but, for example, the value of that record (e.g. an IP address), is incorrect, then you will need to change this so that it matches the value or IP address provided by your host.

We do also ask that you not share screenshots of your DNS records directly in this thread as they do contain sensitive information regarding your site. I've removed the screenshot you've sent previously for now to help keep these details safe.
