Returned by Wise - Payments

Team,

we have configured all payments details; however, we haven't received payment this month as well and it says, "Returned by Wise".

when I'm trying to open a support ticket, it is being closed automatically and asking to use community.

Can someone help to understand the reason please?

davulu it isn't through an email, it is through the chat feature in the lower right corner of community, do you not have this?
