How to disengage ezoic when shutting down my business due to wife's stroke

Due to my wife's stroke I will be first removing all ads from my website and then decided what is next. How do I properly disengage from Ezoic? I know I can just change the nameservers. I am on WP_Engine and therefore, I am not using any of the Ezoic plugins on my Wordpress site.

These are difficult times and I need to simplify my life.

First off, so so sorry to hear about your wifes stroke. We hope all is well with both of you.

May I ask why you want to remove ads exactly? Is there something we can help with in that aspect?
This domain is under contract so I would suggest letting ads run at least until that contract is over.

How do I find when the contract ends? When it is complete what is the method to turn off ads?

Looks like the one-year agreement you signed runs through May of 2024, and removing integration / removing ads is a violation of that agreement.

Let me check in with the Premium team so we can discuss further, but to Charlie's point can we ask why you're looking to remove the ads from the site? Are you shutting down the site completely, or are you worried about maintenance of the ad setup?

Okay I am fine with that. I may shutdown the website before May. When next May comes what is the process of exiting Ezoic.

You'd be able to cancel the auto-renew via that link I shared earlier, and since your contract would be up at that point you could remove integration entirely and no longer be connected to Ezoic if you so wish, with no penalties applied.

When that happens what else will I need to do? Currently, I am pointing at Ezoic DNS servers.

MarcMiller Hi there! Since you are nameserver integrated, all you will need to do at that time is change your nameservers back to whatever they were prior to integrating with Ezoic. For most publishers, this will be the default nameserver of their registrar or their hosting provider.
