Not Paid My August Earnings

I haven't been paid my August earnings even. The status was showing Upcoming payment, but it later changed to Payment failed. The reason is invalid payment info. I don't understand what this means, my payment details are correct, I chat Ezoic AI last nigh about the problem, I was told to update my payment info. I've done that. I really need this August earnings to settle some bills.
