We are moving out of WordPress and will now move to a new CMS and server as well. How do we keep the ads going for our new-looking website?

koushik The connection of Ezoic to your site should remain, as we are connected via DNS. If you are changing the theme of the site entirely, you may need to rework your placeholder once the site overhaul is complete.

We are planning to move to a different CMS which uses Cloudflare as DNS. Ezoic's DNS is not allowing me to point to the Cloudflare IP. What should I do?

koushik Your site is currently integrated via nameserver with Ezoic. If you want to use Cloudflare you need to change the integraton method to Cloudflare integration.

In order to use Clouldflare IPs for your site you need to change your nameservers to Cloudflare first and follow this guide to integrate via Cloudflare: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-integrate-with-ezoic-using-cloudflare

koushik Glad to hear you're set up with your new CMS. Looks like at the moment you aren't integrated with Ezoic, which is why you're not seeing ads.

Please can you complete the following steps

Check the Ezoic DNS records are up to date with the latest changes, you can do this by:
1. Take your Hosts DNS records (https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/where-to-find-dns-records-zone-files-at-your-host) and locate the A, CNAME, MX and TXT records. (You do not edit/change these, they are simply the master copy of the DNS used for reference when changing the Ezoic DNS)
2. Then, access the Ezoic DNS (https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-update-add-dns-records-and-subdomains) and make sure there are exact copies of the Hosts' A, CNAME, MX and TXT records showing with Ezoic DNS. -- If they don't exist, create new ones. -- If they already exist, but have incorrect values, update the existing records (hit the pencil icon next to the record).
Re-integrate with Ezoic by pointing your nameservers to Ezoic, you can find instructions for how to do this in your dashboard: https://pubdash.ezoic.com/setup
Check over your placeholders and make any necessary changes, this guide should help you optimise your setup:
