I've noticed a payment delay since am using PayPal as my payment method. As today is the 2nd day of new month, is there any issue on my end or action required to ensure the payment reaches my PayPal account today?
Abdulz Our payments are initiated on the 27th of the month and we expect PayPal payments to take between 3-5 business days from then, to be received. If you haven't received the payment by the end of that timeframe, please let us know. 🙂

Abdulz Please note that it's 3-5 business days, so it is still within the window of when they should send it to you. If you have not received it by the end of this week, please let us know and we can check with Paypal in that case.
