Hi,

I chose Wise as my receiving method. Payment was made on September 28th, but I haven't received it yet. What happened?

Which payoneer account did you send to? My current payment method is: Bank Transfer with Wise

arferrari I believe my colleague meant Wise. You can see in your dashboard under payment history > view details for September payment. That payment was sent on the 28th Sept to the Wise account mentioned.

If you have not received this you will want to check with your back that it is setup to receive these payments.

If this is your first wise payment you may have gotten a verification email from them to confirm payment.

From our side the payment was sent as shown.

Thanks. In addition to what appears in the payment history, do you have any proof of your payment or something similar that you can send me to forward to Wise?

arferrari you can find the transaction ID at https://pubdash.ezoic.com/account/payment/history, just click 'View Details' next to the payment in question.

To find the payment wise is asking:

The sender's name

The sender's bank details

The date and time the payment was made

The amount sent

The payment's reference

The recipient's bank details

They didn't just accept what's in your payment history.

arferrari This information can be found in your payment history under 'invoice'. You should also be able to provide them the transaction ID.

I contacted Wise and they said they couldn't find my account. Therefore, the amount paid must be returned to you.

Hii, In the home page I am looking at my earnings and it shows 37$ in my homepage however, when I check the payments history my September earnings are only 25$. Why is it so?

Hi there,

Just like Google, Ezoic pays one month in arrears - meaning that any earnings you accrue this month will be paid out at the end of next month!

It's also worth noting that anything you earn through our Mediation app will be paid out through AdSense or any of the particular networks that win the bids on your ad space.
