Im having problems getting to my site and my hosting is saying.

Let support know you trying to get the SSL with us.
We can only issue the SSL once the A records are only routed to us.64.90.35.137

How do I give them what they want to apply the ssl its always worked fine but now its stopped working.

I have 2 sites with ezoic and my hosting but infobunny has stopped working with afg works they are saying that afg has a ezoic ssl?... which is news to me. I thought both had the free ssl from the hosting. Im lost as to how to fix this they have just said to forward this message to ezoic support.

Ok, I would reach out to there support. Ask them this:
Whos SSL am I using? Is it theres.
Also, let them know to get our SSL, we need the A records only route to our server. Can they pause it and then you will have that option of adding the free SSL.

So all sites that are integrated with Ezoic via the Cloud Integration need to use an Ezoic SSL for the proxy, this will work in line with your hosting ssl on your origin server, or if your host doesn't have an ssl we can setup Ezoic ssl to work with that setup. https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/using-ssl-with-ezoic

Looking at your site it looks like this is coming from your host origin server. You mentioned that you have an ssl with them however, I can see by editing my host file to point to the Ip we have for your site in your Ezoic DNS settings that you have mentioned above. That the SSL on your origin server is no longer there:

As you can see i am viewing the site on the origin server IP without Ezoic.

To resolve this you will either:

1- want to have your host enable the SSL again

2- you can try only using Ezoic SSL by editing it based on your origin server setup using the guide above.

I was using a free ssl with dreamhost that re news every 3 months but for some reason that didn't happen this month and they cant add it unless ezoic integration is paused. This is for InfoBunny on my other site called actionfiguregeek dreamhost says the ssl associated is not theirs so im guessing thats ezoics.

How do i apply the ezoic ssl if i cant get to the site what do i need to ask the hosting to do.

Not sure if i have the ezoic plugin on infobunny but i cant get to it to add it. Help is needed to fix this.

Dexterroona The issue more so seems to be with caching. If you add ?nocache to the end of URLs the site works properly. The suggestion would be for you to clear the Ezoic cache, as well as any external caching you are using on the site.

Jan i can see the site but cant get to the wp-admin login page to login. Also the ssl is missing?

Dexterroona Ah I see. So it does look like the issue is your /wp-admin/ is on SSL with Dreamhost, but the site itself is not when I browse it. With Ezoic's SSL settings, we aren't able to handle part of the site having SSL and part not.

Can you ask them if there is some sort of verification record that can be added to your DNS records so that Dreamhost can verify? Alternatively, you can remove integration and get this resolved and then intgrate again, though you'll run into this issue every 3 months.

Jan i will ask them but im not sure why i have suddenly had this problem its been working for 2 years like this and my other site actionfiguregeek is the same with no issues

Dexterroona Yeah it does seem weird, though I have seen this before with Dreamhost specifically. We can accommodate whatever is best way forward (if you don't have SSL installed with Dreamhost your SSL settings will be 'flexible' and if you do have it SSL settings need to be 'full' with Ezoic). You can update accordingly but feel free to message in here.

I would like to try to set up the ezoic ssl for infobunny.

I would need to check if the plugin is on InfoBunny if its not how do i add it if i cant get to wp-admin to login?

Did you remove the SSL from Dreamhost and do you want to use Ezoics SSL? If so, we can update your SSL settings - just let us know the way you want to move forward with this and we can help.

Hi, i can confirm there is no dreamhost ssl so we can add the ezoic one now.

Dexterroona Hi there, when I go to your site without Ezoic, I'm getting some dreamhost error messages, which suggests an issue on their end.
I've seen this issue before with sites on Dreamhost when the SSL expires, and Dreamhost doesn't serve the site without the SSL.

In this case I think the best thing to do is regenerate the Dreamhost SSL and switch the Ezoic SSL settings back to FULL.
To do this I'm going to turn off the Ezoic proxy for you now, then as soon as Dreamhost have regenerated the SSL for you please let us know and we can turn it back on for you. We'll need to turn this back on to resume ad serving, so please let us know as soon as you can!

Ok, i can confirm the Dreamhost ssl has been applied to Infobunny.com and is live for 3 months. What stops us having this same problem in 3 months time?

Dexterroona Dream host can have some issues renewing the SSL with your site's nameservers pointed away from them. A way to get around this is to either use our SSL as your sites main SSL or have Dream host set the SSL to expire much later than 3 months.

So we are back up and running with ad serving? would also like to use the Ezoic ssl which lasts longer can this be added for me to get me up and running fast as i have been offline all week.

Hi there - Lindsey here. Yes - thanks so much for letting us know that Dreamhost has been able to renew your SSL. I've gone ahead and put you back on our proxy and have readjusted your SSL settings to reflect this and can see the site is up and beginning to show ads again.

However, I am able to see quite a few charity ads. Can I confirm if this is also the case on your end?
