About a few months ago my domain was disabled for monetization due to a policy violation. This was a mislook on my part. I've spent some time working on the website to resolve this issue.
I recently found out that, though the issue has been resolved I'm not allowed to reapply for Ezoic monetization. I'd like to know if there is something that can be done or if this is a lifetime ban.
Also while monetization was active on my domain I was able to earn 19.89USD which is a little less than the withdrawal threshold please I'd like to know how It can be withdrawn if I'm unable to apply for Ezoic monetization
