Need guidance to get the monthly payout

Hi guys, I'm from India, and I filled out my bank details for the monthly payout last month. However, on the dashboard, it's asking me to provide tax information using Tax Form W-8. I'm not an American citizen and don't know how to fill out the tax information mentioned. Could you please assist me with this?

But as I am from India, We don't have W-8/W-9 forms. How to get the payout in that case?

Hi there,

Filling out Tax Information is required because revenue payments will not be paid out until that information is completed.

You should be able to select your in the two country dropdowns.

If you do not have a Tax ID number, then you can fill that section in with zeroes, and that will be fine.

Hi Sarah, I've updated my tax information with the details as per my country and provided my tax number as all zeros. I'll be receiving the payment in the bank account I have provided next month, correct?
