Not able to disable AI placeholders

Hi everyone,

I am limiting the amount of ads shown on my site, and so far have had no issue with removing the standard ad placeholders using the Chrome extension. However, when it comes to the AI placeholders, I click on the "remove from the entire domain" option, but it just loads and loads without ever doing anything. Is there an issue currently with this or am I doing something wrong? I am logged out of WordPress and into my Ezoic account.

ChrisW Hi there, thanks for reaching out. Rather than remove the placeholders manually, you can simply turn off AI placements entirely from your Ezoic dashboard by navigating to Ezoic Ads > Ad Types > Auto Insert Ads and toggling AI Placeholders and Enhanced Placeholders to Off.

Alternatively, you can set a limit to the number of ads that show on each page based on the length/word count of the page. You can review and set these rules by navigating to Ezoic Ads > Ad Restrictions > Max Ads Per Page and turning the feature On.

soren You can now use Exclusion filters (-> https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-create-exclusion-filters-for-placeholders) in addition to other settings under Ezoic Ads -> Ad Configuration / Ad Restrictions.
