Overall our system is built to balance both revenue and user experience, so even on 'Revenue Focused' the user experience wouldn't need to 'code red' before the system makes changes to the ad layout.
However, in regards to 'Revenue Focused' the system does put emphasis on the revenue generating side (although minor, as my colleague said) so in the long term it should improve revenue, but this won't be at the expense of user experience, as this would in fact lead to long term loss of potential revenue.
The system will before all else balance both elements, and with the goals you can make further enhancements to this, but it won't change the core concept drastically.
