how do i contact support and get my payment

I a not getting paid because its telling me to contact support, yet there is no contact support button, so you are not sending me any money and i can't contact anyone.

The community is the right location to get in touch with support agents - there's usually 4 agents at any given point of the business day working in the community to help / respond to publishers 🙂

We noticed that the 'photography-t*****.org' domain was disconnected from Ezoic - did you run into any hiccups with setup or need assistance with the integration?

I am talking about my account in total. its been 2 months since i have not been paid. the threshold is $20 and i am well passed that.

It looks like the payment is on hold due to this site that is part of your Premium contract is no longer integrated.

So basically, Ezoic disconnected my site, did not send me an email, and withhold my payment for two months, without notifying me and telling me to contact support and try to figure out how to do that. and Ezoic won't integrate with my site and will not release my payment, because its waiting on integration for several weeks. And it started with another site that I've own, since this had happened two months ago. so now, i have to daily check all of my site to see if Ezoic disconnected for some odd reason, just so i can get paid?

fuyaye Do you currently run caching plugins on these sites? If so, which caching plugins are you using? Situations of this kind typically come from caching interrupting the connection between the Ezoic plugin and the Ezoic service.

WP Rocket, And I am not going to Ezoic Leap because it does not work better than WP Rocket. there is 10-20 point discrepancy compared to WP Rocket. So there needs to be a solution using Ezoic plugin and not disconnecting. And in the meantime, i haven't received my payment for the last 2 months, so if you can release it while we find a better solution.

fuyaye I just reached out to our team about removing the pause on the payout. As for the issue with integration, clearing your WPRocket cache should allow the plugin to reconnect with the Ezoic system when you meet this issue.

i have purged the cache a million times so far. ill do it several more times.

fuyaye looks like all but seor********.com, photo*********.com and work******.com are now integrated with Ezoic. Have you reactivated the plugin on those three sites? In the meantime, we've removed the payment pause 🙂

seo was removed, there should have been a record of that from the previous support. work should have never been connected, or it has never connected with ezoic. photo is the only one and it is still saying waiting on integration

fuyaye The payment has been unpaused, so you will receive your payment at the next scheduled payment release date - which is at the end of October. Your Premium agreement covers any sites that have earned Premium revenue, so if those sites have never been integrated with Ezoic; you don't need to worry about those. 🙂
