We understand you might be facing some difficulties, but in general publishers are typically able to migrate to Ezoic from their end without any needed interaction - what most publishers find, who have had an issue migrating, is that they might find the 'other' option to migrate easier. All you need to do is backup the site and the upload to Ezoic - which might be easier in this case if the sftp transfer is being finicky or not working properly with the current host (you may be unaware, it's not something hosting companies would advertise, but some do not allow for sftp credentials to be used - that might be the case here).
