Humix still shows after disable and cache clear

I keep seeing humix ads after a few hours, it's like it's been re enabled

I am not sure if ezoic Devs are still testing something as I put in a ticket about humix, but it's weird. And yes I've purged and disabled caches, cleared browser cashes and used noncache it appears randomly but it's driving me crazy and 90% of the videos are spammers and is a real concern for my site value

If I can't stop this I gotta bounce.
