When logging in to Ezoic Dashboard I had a popup inviting me to enable the Universal Player. After clicking Enable the system hangs with the following stuck in the middle of the screen.

Before this, a green progress bar moves across the top of the page, from left to right. I also saw an "error" popup in the faded-out section.
If I load Ezoic dashboard in another tab I get the same invitation to enable the universal player.
The hang has currently been for 5 minutes so I think it's a loss. Can you please advise?
