Hy Guys, I really need your outlook on this problem I'm facing!
My premium billing date was the 23rd of every month. This time my payment date got delayed due to bank issues and I did my payment on 5th Nov (10 days late, with no ezoic premium benefits).
When I completed my payment, I was assuming that my next payment date should be 5th Dec (as per this month's payment on 5th Nov).
But, the Ezoic team is charging me extra for changing dates from 23rd Nov to 5th Dec. But I already paid my subscription that lasts for 30 days (monthly) meaning it covers 23rd Nov to 5th Dec.
Query
My query is that why am I being charged the extra amount when my monthly payment involves the new extended days?
And What's the guarantee that if I pay extra, the amount will be recovered?
How can you manually change the dates so that it shows the 5th on my panel and not the 23rd since it's still showing the 23rd while it should show the 5th by now?
