"Ezoic ads will be turned off" due to MCM integration?

I just received an email saying my Ezoic ads will be turned off due to incomplete MCM integration. I've checked with support (on Twist, prior to joining this "community") and there are no issues with my MCM integration.

Anyone here can check and see what's going on please? Can't afford to have my ads turned off.

The support ticket doesn't work at my end I don't know for others.

I need to change my Ad Manager email address since there was a mistake while creating it the first time. And I've also received a message that my ads will be turned off.

The Twist invite link had expired, I've asked here this is the second time, HOW DO I CHANGE MY AD MANAGER EMAIL ADDRESS?

How do we contact our support rep? I am having the same issue and struggling to get help. Tickets just get auto closed, cant access twist.

Hi Kelly, this is useless. I have just filled out another support ticket and it was instantly closed. Can you please help me or get someone to help me. I just need to change my ad manager email address entered. This is a nightmare trying to resolve such a minor issue. Surely there is a better way to speak to someone at ezoic
