CCPA banner not working on Old Site

Hello,
I want to do a split test. Before doing it I first turned 100% traffic to Old Site just to check if compliance banners work with this configuration. I found that GDPR banner works, but CCPA doesn't.
I want to clarify that CCPA banner works fine when Ezoic traffic is turned 100%.
Could you help me please?

Apologies for the delay. Currently CCPA is only supported for traffic going to Ezoic. We should be able to support the CCPA modal on non-Ezoic traffic in the future.
