For Ezoic Caching, you can log in to your Ezoic dashboard and go to LEAP -> Caching. If you'd likle to use Ezoic caching, you'll want to switch your integration method to Cloud integration.
It's also possible that you have caching enabled outside of Ezoic. You could be using WordPress caching plugins and/or caching enabled through your host.
I checked your homepage and saw litespeed cache. That's not through Ezoic.
