My domain stopped loading and my hosting provider cannot troubleshoot it because the A record keeps redirecting to Ezoic.
However, the DNS settings for the A record is set to point to my hosting provider. I tried clearing the cache and also pausing Ezoic on my domain. But the A record still points to Ezoic. Would appreciate any recommendation!

Are you able to explain to your host that Ezoic is acting as a reverse proxy on your site to channel your users through our CDN (like cloudflare). Your site is still resolving to your origin server, just via Ezoic IPs. Hopefully that should help them troubleshoot the issue.

If not, we can temporarily deactivate the Ezoic proxy, just let us know.

Thanks for your reply, Harry! Yes, let's try disactivating the proxy for some time. Thank you!

Hi Harry! Just got a reply from the hosting provider. Let's hold on disactivating the proxy. They did some testing and saw that the http version was loading while the https was not. Is it possible to configure an SSL with Ezoic? If so, please share the link to instructions

hi! the website loads now but there are no images, unfortunately. I wanted to check the settings in WordPress dashboard but it returns a redirect error. The same issue occurs when the hosting support tries to auto-login on their end. They say it might be due to enabled Ezoic proxy. Could you temporarily pause it? Thank you!

sanad Hi, I would not suspect that thee image or redirect issue is due to our proxy. In terms of the redirect issue, can you try disabling reCAPTCHA plugin you're using? Typically these plugins tend to be incompatible with Ezoic.

In terms of the images not loading, I can see that you are using Leap's optimization settings and have Elementor enabled. Our optimization settings tend not to work on sites using Elementor. Please try disabling the optimization settings one by one and using the Leap preview to see if that fixes it. I would recommend toggling off the script execution settings first, and then the CSS settings: https://pubdash-internal.ezoic.com/leap/optimize

That should resolve the images not loading issue and from there you can choose to leave the optimization setting off entirely or to turn off some of the specific advanced settings which could be causing issues with images e.g. only the script delay setting in the script execution settings.

Hi! Unfortunately, I'm not able to disable reCAPTCHA plugin since neither I nor my hosting provider cannot access the WP dashboard. It just keeps throwing an error saying the domain was redirected too many times. Thus I cannot do anything in WP.

As to the fixing images and Leap optimization, I tried toggling off the settings one by one as recommended as well completely deactivating optimization but unfortunately, the issue is still there.

Is there any other possible workaround I could try? Alternatively, should we try deactivating Ezoic proxy and see if 1) I can access my WP instance and 2) if it impacts image load?

              Thanks in advance!

Can you check with your host and verify that we have the correct IP address for your hosting server?

It looks like you updated it in your publisher dashboard but when we point to that page, there's no content.

This is the hosting IP - 69.163.225.88. It's configured in both A records in DNS settings.

That's what we have the domain pointing to but there's no site. Can you check with your hosting provider? They can see the domain is resolving to a Dreamhost page but there's no content.

I confirmed with the hosting provider the IP address to point to. The current address is the correct one.
It seems the website stopped loading again even though Ezoic team fixed the SSL settings last week (it helped last time).

Considering ongoing issues like the website not loading content and the WP dashboard keeping throwing redirect error, I want to ask you to deactivate the Ezoic proxy for some time so i can sign into WP and check plugins. Thanks!

sanad Hey, we're seeing 'site not found' when accessing your site which means the site is resolving to an incorrect IP address. Please can you send me a screenshot of your DNS records from Dreamhost?

Hi there, is it required for deactivating the Ezoic proxy?

We turned the proxy off. Can you get a screenshot of your DNS records from Dreamhost?
