Hi, I am getting the message: Pages without Revenue - Urgent! You have trafficked pages not earning you revenue. Allow Ezoic to optimize these pages now.
Upon checking, all my well performing pages are not generating any revenue, and there's that notification on my home page. There's no objectable content, and I can confirm I am seeing ads on the pages. If it's a caching issue, that could be Leap, right? Kindly help out.

JamesSEO looking into this it does look like the pages have rather low traffic so oftentimes pages with low traffic won't make revenue. The best thing you can do to improve your revenue is therefore focus on increasing your audience - you can use our AI SEO tools to assist you with managing this more easily and discovering which keywords could be valuable to your website - check out NicheIQ in your dashboard for more info. writio.com is also an awesome tool for creating content quickly. I also recommend using Ezoic's Flickify tool to create videos using AI in under 5 minutes, and then use our Humix tool to plug these into your website and monetize them. Check out these tools in your dashboard.

That said, when I load the flagged pages, I can see that some ads are showing blank containers and not loading in so we'll take a look into that and get back to you.

In the meantime what I would recommend is you move to cloud integration - the current wordpress integration means time to interactive on the website can be up to 25% slower for your users which has a knock on effect on user experience and revenue. You'd just need to go to the advanced settings of the Ezoic plugin and toggle off integration, then go to your Ezoic dashboard and under 'settings' > 'connection' follow the instructions for cloud integration.

Hi Emily, thanks for the quick response. Well to answer you, I was with Ezoic about a month or two ago, with the same traffic, same integration but the revenue wasn't that low. I have been using Wordpress integration because we werre unable to integrate with Cloud or Ezoic nameservers - Website always brought an "origin error". And yes, I tried all the recommended solutions and even got some of the staff here to check (as well as hosting), but the issue wasn't resolved.

What's alarming is that the best performing pages in terms of traffic used to bring revenue. Right now, even with ads on the page and same traffic, they are bringing zero. I understand because they have been flagged in that message, and that's why I wanted to know what was the issue.

JamesSEO I think I found the issue - your ads.txt file is currently missing Ezoic's reseller information without which we can't show Google ads. Please go to your ads.txt manager account and make sure Ezoic is authorized and that the file shows as integrated. You may also need to redirect the file, which you can do in your Wordpress plugin by adding your ads.txt manager ID: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/everything-you-need-to-know-about-adstxt. Your ads.txt manager ID can be found here: https://pubdash-internal.ezoic.com/ezoicads/adtransparency/adstxt

Thanks Emily. Last time Adtxt was set up automatically, and I didn't need to do anything. Have clear instructions perhaps on what I need to do? I never set one before. And can that be done automatically as usual? When I click the Admanager it shows as integrated, plus the manager account ID matches what's in the plugin.

You'll want to use the Validator on the Ads.txt page in your publisher dashboard.

Please be sure to clear your cache and disable any caching plugins that are not compatible with Ezoic.
