Ezoic Caching Causing Problems on Mobile Site Hosted on Siteground

Hello -

I had to disable cloud caching with Ezoic as it was causing my website on mobile phones to have an endless loop with a robot challenge screen. My site is hosted with SIteground. If I enable the caching, then the site won't load properly anymore. This never happened before so I don't know what's going on.

Shannon Hi, its not Ezoic causing the endless loading loop, but rather the recaptcha at Siteground. If you can contact Siteground just ask them to disable the captcha message on your site, then you should have no issues when you reintegrate the site 😀

Hi Ethan - I don't think that's it. I enabled the ezoic caching for the past two weeks. My cache rate improved and then suddenly it just dropped and the endless loading loop of the recaptcha at siteground started. Any ideas? Thanks

Shannon Have you reached out to Siteground and asked them to disable the capatcha? We're confident this will solve the loading issue 🙂

Siteground fixed my issue - it was a captcha issue. Ezoic vs Siteground. Sometimes ok and sometimes not. Most of the times not. We used Siteground chat and uploaded images and they dealt with it asap.

Just waiting for my Visitor numbers to start climbing again.

Combined with a drop in visitors from the August Google update, it plummeted more.
