The Gravatar Images on my article comments look in full page width. It shows correctly in the admin view, but the frontend has this problem. Can someone please help me to resolve this.

SPerera Hey, can you send over a full list of your current active plugins? If you have a plugin technology enabled that is currently performing the same optimizations as Leap, it could be conflicting witht the technology and causing issues.

Imogen Hi. I am not using any caching plugins. Here is the active plugin list

LEAP is currently off on desktop. Are you still seeing this issue on your site?

Mohammad2306 Ah, now that looks fine. You mean that Leap causing this problem. Can you please help me to resolve this

SPerera Given that turning Leap off fixed this, we can conclude that one of the Leap optimization settings isn't compatible with your setup. What you now want to do is turn Leap on, go to the optimization settings and toggle those on one by one until you find the images get broken again. In doing so you can identify which of the Leap optimization settings isn't compatible with your site. You will then have to leave this setting turned off, or set up exclusion rules so that Leap doesn't optimize the image scripts. Let us know if you have any further questions on this.

              Ethan Hi

I figured out that turning off Remove Unused CSS resolve this problem. But I want to turn that on.

How can I create an exclusion rule in the Remove Unused CSS section only for the gravatar image?

Can you please mention by using this image

What should be the Rule Target and Rule Value?

We went ahead and added src exclusion rules for secure.gravatar.com to lazy load + next gen images + resize images.

Mohammad2306 Looks like that's not worked. I cleared the cache and checked, but the problem was the same. Isn't this relevant to Remove Unused CSS

I've added that same rule to your CSS exclusions so this should fix things. I've tested it and it looks okay, but if you're continuing to have issues go ahead and send me a screenshot of the image and the url where I can find it and I'll take another look.

HarryB Seems that it didn't resolve the problem. I cleared the cache and checked, but it is still the same.

It looks like there was an issue with some CSS involving your comment section. We have excluded it and it seems to be working now.

Oh yes, the problem has disappeared now.
Thank you very much for all of you.
