I just moved my first site to Ezoic hosting. I chose the one with the least traffic and revenue so I could test the service before moving to other sites, and I have run into a few problems.

The first is that I have an error when accessing the wp-admin section of the site:

I also have this error on my Ezoic dashboard:

Issue with DNS Records. The following CNAME records have other resource records with the same hostname: www. A CNAME record cannot share a hostname with other records.

I had a TXT record for WWW for my mail system. I deleted that, but the above error remains.

The site loads for now so I'm not too worried, but I would like to make some new posts and other changes.

Thank you,
Spencer

I forgot to add that I did clear my cookies and cache, try other browsers, and other computers.

IH_Spencer I'm getting a redirect error when trying to access your admin area. Can you please disable all caching plugins and SSL plugins. These plugins often interfere with Ezoic’s hosting. In order to disable the plugins whilst on Ezoic hosting you can access the files via SFTP. Next, disable the plugin folder entirely to see if that resolves the issue, simply add ‘-old’ or ‘-deactivated’ to the end of the plugin folder name. If it does, you can then locate the specific plugin(s) causing the error and leave those disabled, again adding the phrases ‘-old’ or ‘-deactivated’ to the end of the specific plugin name . If that doesn‘t fix it, let us know and we‘ll reach out to the hosting team. Here’s how to access SFTP whilst using Ezoic hosting: https://wordpress.ezoic.com/how-to-access-sftp-when-site-is-hosted-on-ezoic/#:~:text=In%20order%20to%20access%20SFTP,upper%20left%20of%20your%20dashboard.

This should be fixed within the next hour for you - it looks like you wp-config file was missing a line that would allow access.
