gdh your options would be to wait until the current cache age setting in our caching app expires or if you want the changes to show immediately then clearing the cache for the whole site is probably the easiest way forward as looking at the site structure it doesn't look like there'd be a way to just clear it for the posts pages without doing them individually. This may impact a little on site speed just until pages are being served from the cache again.
