EpciSEO with regards to the cache not clearing, I can't currently see any incompatible technologies being used on your site that might be blocking the Ezoic cache from functioning correctly. If you use wordpress you can set up cdn management so that you don't have to clear the cache manually and check if this works alright for you: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-can-i-set-up-the-ezoic-wordpress-plugin-for-cdn-management. If not, then next time you make a change to the website can you send us the URL and a description of the change you made so we can clear the cache by page from our end and run a test.
As for the cache hit rate, clearing the cache for your whole site will affect your cache hit score negatively. However, 72% hits for a site with a small amount of traffic is a good score. To understand why certain pages aren't being cached by Ezoic, you can use the debugging tool located here: Ezoic Caching Debugger. By selecting "debug cache" and entering the relevant URLs, you can gain insights into why those pages are not being cached. You can also check this guide to see if there's opportunities for you to optimize this further: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-improve-my-cache-hit-rate
