Gardin Sorry to hear about that. In terms of the ad setup, you have complete control over where ads go, every setting we have is customizable. I see you already turned off most ads, but to fully stop ads appearing in places you don't want them you want to toggle off the 'placement service' ads in the Ad Types App and also disable the Ezoic Plugin placeholders.
In terms of speed, I wouldn't get too caught up in the Core Web Vitals. They are only one of hundreds of Google's ranking factors and Google does tend to prioritise ranking sites based on content. That said, disabling the ads I mentioned above would reduce the impact of Ezoic JavaScript on your speed. Aside from that. have you made changes recently that would impact site speed? I do see several changes to your Leap and caching setup.
