I need to manage banner ads directly:
In the "targeting" tab
there is the "Key-Value Targeting" section with two options:
- run of network
or
is Not or Not
How should I set them?

Thanks for reaching out. It's not clear what you are trying to accomplish with that setting. You can view additional details about the Key Values app here. Are you trying to manage direct ad orders or regular Ezoic banners?
As you are at Level 4, we recommend discussing this update with your onboarding specialist. Just log in to your Ezoic dashboard and go to the Levels page to get in touch with her directly.
My referent is not answering me at the moment. I just want to display a banner on a high banner in an available location. Is checking 'Run of Network' enough?

Direct Ads are not related to the Ezoic Ads delivery from our network - it would be used when you have an advertising deal directly with a company / advertiser and are trying to display their ad on Ezoic versions.
As Mohammad pointed out, you should be reaching out directly to your account manager for this sort of discussion.
