No, you shouldn't be clicking on the ads. Typically, the advertiser name will be apparent based on the ad creative itself. So if you see an ad for Ezoic, then the URL will be ezoic.com. Sometimes you can do a Google search for the advertiser name to identify the website.

It's not clear from your post. The ads appear to be in the Romanian language, which matches your site. That said, why would you want to block the shoes ad? Keep in mind you will be earning less revenue when you block advertisers. The ads are also customized depending on the user. Just because you are seeing them doesn't mean that everyone else on your site is seeing them. Moreover, you could spend a lot of time blocking ads that you subjectively don't like.

It is not clear because the address of the advertisers is not clear from the ad either. I don't want to block these ads, I just gave an example of ads where I don't see the advertisers' addresses.

I don't know how to find the advertisers' addresses so that I can block ads that bother me.

The system will try to block ads based on what you enter. There has to be some sort of match to go by. Otherwise it's not going to work. It's not 100%. Keep in mind most sites do not block any advertisers at all.
