Did your host mention this?

If they are using a third-party tool like that, then they won't be getting correct results. Ezoic serves as a proxy in this case (similar to Cloudflare). We then point the domain to the IP address you provided: 69.163.180.94.
The issue is when we connect to that IP address directly, not using our proxy, then we still see that hosting error as Emily mentioned earlier.
